Lucky for me I got into a small enough group to do the long jump.
We train here for competitions which are coming up. These are the real competitions where only a few people get in. No boys in my group got picked. Only all the girls which is weird because the boys in my group are better.
We usually run laps.
Our coach is called Kiera Nolan and she’s a trained professional.
I have been doing the athletics for a year now and it's good for your flexibility. In my group we do backbreaking stretches.
